Returns and Refund policy
a)We accept returns of any product within 10 days of purchase
b) You can claim and return a product to us if it is faulty, incorrectly described, or damaged.

d) We reserve our right to refuse your request if:
- The Product is not returned in its original packaging or has signs of damage, scratches or dents.
- The Product is used or not in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with signs of installation or grease).
- The Product has been thrown away, destroyed, lost, or damaged through no fault of ours.
- The Product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions.
- The Product has been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair.
- The Product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions for the Product.
- The Product has been fitted improperly by unauthorized personnel.
e) Electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards etc.) are not eligible for refund.
f) We reserve our right to ask you for any legal proofs of the cause of the claim, such as photos or certification of the products condition from an authorized service center.
Customers can initiate the return procedure from the my orders section.
Customers are requested to check the consignment for any physical damage and, if any found, mention this in Proof of Deliver documents of the courier.
We recommend taking photos of packages received and shooting a video of unpacking the product. In case of any problems with the product, please email email@example.com
In case of a return we recommend making a video while repacking the parts.
While returning the package, customer should make sure that the parts are repacked properly to ensure they don't get damaged in transit. Partsix shall not be liable for refunds/return in case parts are damaged while in transit due to improper packaging.
For claims, the decision will be taken after inspection done by the manufacturer or an authorized and certified organization.
Depending on the route and courier company you choose transit time may vary. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are shipping an item having a value of over Rs. 2000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If the return claim was rejected, we will ship the product back at the customer's request or dispose of the product after 30 days. The customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.
After your return is received and accepted, the refund will be initiated in 3 business days.
Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the refund within this time, please contact your bank.
In order to protect the payer, refunds will be done only through the mode of payment by which it was received.
Refunds for cash on delivery orders will only be done to bank accounts. Documents proving the ownership of account will need to be provided to initiate the refund.
